PHPMyAdmin: cannot connect, invalid setting (XAMPP)

Open the 'config.inc.php' file in the phpmyadmin directory and type a right password in a line like the below.

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPasswordRoot'] = false; // not 'true'
